1. Acceptance of Terms

The RV Winterization Antifreeze Calculator ("the Service") is a free, browser-based calculator published by S'more's Outdoors ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service estimates how many gallons of RV antifreeze are needed to winterize an RV's fresh water system, itemized by rig size, number of bathroom fixture sets, whether the water heater is bypassed, and optional extras (ice maker, washer/dryer hookup, outdoor shower or kitchen). It does not provide winterization procedure instructions.

The Service requires no account, no signup, and no payment. All calculations happen in your browser.

3. Estimates Only — No Warranty of Accuracy

Every number the Service produces is an estimate built on averaged assumptions about typical rig plumbing — your actual line length, fixture count, and water heater capacity may differ. You are solely responsible for verifying your rig's actual configuration and following your manufacturer's winterization procedure before relying on any output of this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service to submit malicious code or attempt to disrupt it; (b) scrape or bulk-extract the Service's content for redistribution as a competing product without permission; or (c) misrepresent Service output as a certified, professional, or manufacturer-endorsed winterization procedure.

5. Third-Party Links, Advertising & Affiliate Links

The Service may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links) to third-party products such as RV antifreeze, bypass kits, and hand pumps. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, pricing, or content of third-party sites you reach through these links.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and the "RV Winterization Antifreeze Calculator" and "S'more's Outdoors" names are owned by S'more's Outdoors. Any third-party product or brand names referenced by the Service are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is solely descriptive and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY CALCULATION WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC RIG.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S'MORE'S OUTDOORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROPERTY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING FREEZE DAMAGE FROM AN UNDER-ESTIMATED ANTIFREEZE QUANTITY OR AN INCORRECTLY PERFORMED WINTERIZATION PROCEDURE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $0, AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which S'more's Outdoors operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
