Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Tire Pressure by Axle Weight ("the Service") is a free, browser-based tire inflation estimator published by S'more's Outdoors ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service estimates a cold tire pressure for each axle based on the axle weight, tire count, and tire load/pressure ratings you enter. It reports a recommended pressure, clamped to never fall below the door-jamb minimum you provide.

The Service requires no account, no signup, and no payment. All calculations happen in your browser.

3. Estimates Only — No Warranty of Accuracy

Every number the Service produces is an estimate derived entirely from the figures you type in, using a simplified linear approximation of tire load/inflation behavior. The Service has no knowledge of your actual tires, vehicle, or how they are loaded or maintained. You are solely responsible for verifying your tires' actual sidewall ratings, your vehicle's door-jamb minimum, and cross-checking against your tire manufacturer's published load/inflation table before relying on any result.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service to submit malicious code or attempt to disrupt it; (b) frame, copy, or redistribute this tool as your own product without permission; or (c) misrepresent Service output as a manufacturer-certified pressure recommendation or professionally engineered advice.

5. Third-Party Links, Advertising & Affiliate Links

The Service may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links) to third-party products such as pressure gauges, TPMS systems, and air compressors. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, pricing, or content of third-party sites you reach through these links.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and the "S'more's Outdoors" name are owned by S'more's Outdoors. Any tire or vehicle brand names you may encounter in the Service's examples or documentation are trademarks of their respective manufacturers; their use is solely descriptive and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY CALCULATION WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC TIRES OR VEHICLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S'MORE'S OUTDOORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROPERTY OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING TIRE FAILURE, BLOWOUTS, OR LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $0, AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which S'more's Outdoors operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
