1. Acceptance of Terms

The Camper Power & Climate Planner ("the Service") is a free, browser-based camper electrical and climate planning tool published by S'more's Outdoors ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service helps you estimate the electrical energy your camping setup consumes, size portable power stations and batteries against that estimate, and plan heating and cooling for your camper based on the camping habits, vehicle, and appliance choices you enter. It may reference specific third-party products (such as portable power stations, air conditioners, and heaters) to illustrate options that match your estimated needs.

The Service requires no account, no signup, and no payment. All calculations happen in your browser.

3. Estimates Only — No Warranty of Accuracy

Every number the Service produces — energy consumption, runtime, charge time, heating and cooling capacity, and any product suitability suggestion — is an estimate derived from simplified models and the inputs you provide. Real-world results depend on weather, insulation, battery age and temperature, appliance duty cycles, and many other factors the Service cannot see. You are solely responsible for verifying that any battery, inverter, charger, or climate device is appropriate and safe for your vehicle and usage before purchasing or installing it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service to submit malicious code or attempt to disrupt it; (b) scrape or bulk-extract the Service's product or vehicle reference data for redistribution as a competing dataset without permission; or (c) misrepresent Service output as a certified electrical design, load calculation, or professionally engineered specification.

5. Third-Party Links, Advertising & Affiliate Links

The Service may display advertising (including Google AdSense) and affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links) to third-party products such as power stations, batteries, air conditioners, and heaters. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, pricing, or content of third-party sites you reach through these links.

Product names, specifications, and prices for EcoFlow and other manufacturers' products shown in the Service are presented as unverified reference data compiled on a stated date. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by EcoFlow Inc. or any other manufacturer referenced in the Service. Manufacturers change products, specifications, and prices without notice — verify all specifications and prices with the manufacturer before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and the "Camper Power & Climate Planner" and "S'more's Outdoors" names are owned by S'more's Outdoors. Product, brand, and vehicle make and model names referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners; their use here is solely to identify products and vehicles relevant to your planning and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT DATA, VEHICLE DATA, OR CALCULATION WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT, VEHICLE, OR CONDITIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S'MORE'S OUTDOORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROPERTY OR PERSONAL INJURY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DAMAGE OR INJURY RELATED TO BATTERIES, INVERTERS, CHARGERS, WIRING, HEATING, OR COOLING EQUIPMENT SELECTED OR OPERATED BASED ON SERVICE OUTPUT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $0, AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which S'more's Outdoors operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
